Located in Walkerville, I offer 50 minute mat pilates classes designed to strengthen and challenge you in a way that doesn’t burn you out and is sustainable.
There are no shame or guilt based phrases used as motivators such as “earn your dinner” or “building our beach bodies”.
My goal is to help you build your confidence, your mobility, your strength and your mind.
